WASHINGTON, D.C. – February marks Black History Month, a time to reflect on the struggles of the past, the progress made in recent decades, and the work that remains as we work to fulfill the goal of full participation in American democracy.
Congressman G. K. Butterfield (NC-01) honored the contributions and progress made by African Americans in a video message released today.
